Nina is a qualified Kundalini and Naad (sound) Yoga Teacher, based in London

Having practised various forms of Yoga and meditation for over 20 years, it was Kundalini that landed, and led her to train further (along with the gentle pushing of her Teacher Sivaroshan).

Nina’s background as a Make up artist in the film industry, has enabled her to quickly tune in with people and instantly put them at ease.

She teaches with a lightness, compassion, and humour – her classes are for everyone!
