Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness, the combination of breath work, chanting and postures (kriyas) open up the body and mind to a state of peace and wellbeing

Kundalini was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in the 70's, it is the yoga of the soul.

Kundalini yoga is for everyone, its not about how flexible or experienced you are.
